    Yes! We work with the best manufacturers to ensure that we only use top-quality materials to assemble our pieces.

  • Can your products be worn in water?

    Our products are considered to be water-resistant since they are made of 18k gold-plated materials. However, unlike solid gold, they may tarnish over time if repeatedly exposed to water, so for this reason, we ask that you use them in water at your own risk.

  • Do your products tarnish easily?

    No, our products do not easily tarnish, as they are made from top-quality materials.

  • Which materials are your products made from?

    This will vary by product, but the majority of our products are 18k gold-plated, unless noted otherwise.

  • Where are your products made?

    Our products are handmade in Los Angeles, California. 


    We store our products in 3 fulfillment centers (Atlanta, Los Angeles and Beijing), which allows us to ship worldwide. Your package may come from either of the 3 facilities depending on the stock of the product in each fulfillment center and the shipment method selected at checkout (UPS Ground, USPS First-Class or USPS Priority).

  • Do you have a Returns Policy?

    We do accept returns. The return request must be made within 5 business days from the time the order is delivered by emailing our customer service team: support@jewelsbyaurora.com


    Returns must be unworn and all packaging/tags must be fully in-tact. We reserve the right to reject the return if it does not pass inspection upon its arrival back to us.


    All returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the final refund.


    Any order that is cancelled by the customer will also be subject to the same !0% restocking fee, unless the order is cancelled due to an error on our end.
